SoundCMD comes with a set of convenient predefined keyboard shortcuts. The table below shows the complete list of keyboard combinations that one can use during audio editing.

| 6 | Ctrl+V | Paste from clipboard |
| 7 | Ctrl+X | Cut out the highlighted part of the sound |
| 8 | Ctrl+B | Mix/Blend sound over the active track |
